hey guys..im kinda new to this forum but ive been reading a lot of the posts and was just wondering if i could get a little help..ive been lifting on and off for i would say about four years now..more off than on..and ive recently started hitting the gym with more motivation the past three or four months...going five times a week for the last three months. i recently maxed out on bench at 290 lbs. im around 5'8" and weigh approximately 152 lbs. Havent taken any supplements in a few months and never used gear of any sort. I was just wondering if anyone could help me to try to put on a few lbs and raise my bench and other lifts up, or let me know if im doing anything wrong or not doing anything that i should be..thanks everyone
