A little help

Hey guys, I am 38 years old, I started lifting about 8 years ago when I was 5'9" 248 pounds. I worked my way down to 168 pounds in approximately 9 months. I only used xenedrine (after everyone freaked out about ephedrine and banned it for awhile I stopped, as the ephedra free did nothing for me) I herniated 4 discs and required surgery, I am almost back to health, unfortunately though it has been almost a year of basically sedetary lifestyle, no suprise I am back at about 190.


As I did before I will work my way back to about an hour of cycling, and will do machines (unfortunately due to the delicacy of my back, I can only do light weight high rep) at my age, I am no longer looking to make "gains" weight or size wise, I am only looking to get back to around 170 and cut up, I have been doing some research, both online and throughout the threads on this board. I am very interested in a clen & T-3 stack, is this a good idea with the 1 hr x7 days cycling, and 2 on 1 off light circuit, also I dont need info on cycle, taurine, potassium etc. I have gotten boatloads from this site alone on that type of info, basically I am looking for guys that use this, and if it works as well or better than xenedrine with ephedra worked (well worked for me)
 
T-3 clen stack works great....just be ware t-3 with no AAS means you will probably chew up some muscle while you cut....Run the clen 5-7 days on 5-7 days off...when off the clen run an ECA stack...keep the diet and cardio up and you will be 170 ripped in no time...

Although a bit off topic, have you considered HRT/TRT? get a blood test done and talk to your doctor. At almost 40 , you might be ready for HRT.

Clen + T3 is an awesome fat-bruning stack, you should do 2on 2 off for clen and run T3 for 30 days (45 max). You can check-out my other posts with clen info.
 
thanx for the response guys. X, I was thinking about hrt, but although it would definately assist in the growth of the core muscles around my back, I had 3 of the 4 herniated discs taken out, and was in extreme pain for four minths before the surgery (only bad pain the 6 months before that, lol) so I am very apprehensive about lifting heavy, now if I did see about, and was able to receive HRT would it do any good if I werent lifting heavy?



Again, thanx for the info and help guys, your site is the best I have found in regards to supps that everyone (well alot of people) use, but noone talks about.

I did order the spiropent & t-3, has anyone ordered from oscomerce? (I dont know if this question is appropriate, if not please lemme know and I'll delete it)

X I did read the post you had basically asking everyone to stop asking individual questions (lol) and you proceded to provide ample info on basically all aspects, and all questions people may ask. T/Y it was extremely helpful and informative. later guys.
