A little help please....

I’m new to this board but have been doing some research on AS.
First let me give you some back round. I am 27 years old 6’ 187 lbs around 12% body fat. (I started putting on my winter weight early) I have been lifting for around 4 years. I have a high metabolism and haven’t been able to break 200 lbs. I eat close to 4000 semi-clean calories a day. I would like to reach 220 and then maintain.
OK now for the questions.
Like I said I have been doing some research on AS to try and bust that 200 lb mark. Some of the people I talked to online suggest a cycle like this.

Weeks 1-4 dbol 35mg Ed
Weeks 1-10 sust 500mg
Weeks 1-10 deca 300mg
Weeks 6-12 winny 50mg Ed
Weeks 13-15 clomid 300mg d1, 100mg d2-7, 50mg d8-21
1/4 mg ED Liquidex throughout

Now I understand that your best gains will come from your first cycle so I don’t want to waist it, but is this a bit much. I understand the reason for them all dbol to jump start the cycle till the sust kicks in and like the idea of the winny at the end to harden up. I was wondering if the deca is really needed? Will the cycle really suffer without it?
One other thing. Since I lift at home I really don’t have a source although I might know a guy a work that can get me some stuff. I just don’t know how to approach him about it. I have heard that Internet sources are just scammers. Is that true or are there some legit ones out there.

Hi Jarhead.....you sound like my weightlifting partner....the solution was simple....I put him on Fina ED 70mg and had him eat like a monster.....he consumes approximately 8-9K calories a day...the result, he has gone from 184 to 197 and has everyone wondering what he is doing....4K calories a day is small....if you want to grow, the best anabolic around is food....while I believe that the Fina has made somewhat of an impact, I think that his food consumption has had the greatest impact....best of luck to you and post pics when you get to that 220 mark!

Welcome to the board. You have been clearly doing some homework. You could probably get rid of both the deca and winny and have great results. If you decide to run the sus/d-bol only I would run the l-dex at 1mg eod.

In terms of your other question - you will find out what you need...just hang around and get to know some people

Hold on one minute. You have the above cycle all planned out and want advice on it but your availability is "one guy you know that might be able to get you some stuff"? Unfortunately, you have to plan cycles around what you can actually obtain. So, figure out what you can get first rather than starting with a daydream cycle and have a bunch of bros waste time giving you advice on that. Of course, maybe you are really just asking for a source here. Could that be?

well doesn't it make sense to know what you want first. I personally think it is a bit smarter to try and get what you want rather than try and work a cycle around what someone could give you.
This way I don't start till I have every thing I want. seams better tha going well I got this so I'll just do it instead.
