Stats: 38, 6', 190 At it regularly for several years.

History: Several cycles in my 20's. Mainly test and D bol.

Recent history: Several cycles over the past few years. Deca, test, no more D bol, I want to keep my hair, what I have left.

Question: I have never had a problem with gyno until now. I am currently running 400mg Deca and 400 mg of test and I am in week 4. Again I have never had a problem with gyno until now. I have nolva, a dex, and Dostinex on hand. I have been on the nolva for 1 week and gyno sighns have stoped on one side but not the other. I have no lumps, just sore nips. They have seemed to improve but it seems be from day to day. Nolva is at 20mg a day and A dex .5mg a day. Should I increase the dose or hold tight. Comments please, getting hitched in a few months and don't need my own tits in the islands!

The best gyno treatment outside of surgery is nolva + Letrozole. It works but will kill your sex drive. You will see some results in 4-6 weeks. It can be very effective.

stop using nolva and increase your arimidex dosage (though really you should switch to something stronger.

Why stop the nolva? Up the A dex to 1mg a day?
Letro is not an option, like I said getting hitched in a few months.
As far as the Deca is concerend, seems to me it's a little early to be showing sighns from prolactin? But then again I may be off the mark. I am considering starting the dostinex due to the fact that I have read nolva increases prolactin receptors. Comments on this?

dost will do nothing, you need to run letro and nolva. adex 1mg ed is what i did when it happened to me but that was before people knew letro was better

How did the a dex work out? Like I said I have no lump or knot and one side has completely stoped. The other seems better now that I have made myself stop fucking with it.
I have ran test as high as 500. I understand thats not outrageous but never had a problem before and so far Deca has never been a issue either.
I guess there's always a first time.

fucking with it is bad news. you can stimulate the gland if its prolactin and liquid will come out. dont' play or squeeze it. adex worked fine, i had to run winny 50mg ed which i wasn't thrilled about cause it had fucked my joints before but i had progesterone gyno. adex, nolva, and winny. now i'd use letro. but i'll never touch test or deca again so it won't matter

Stay on the nolva 30mg ed, 1mg adex ed? Would the dostinex hurt, say at .25 2x a week?

mr. x had dost work for his tren gyno, there is no evidence to back it but i believe him he has no agenda. dost is used to suppress prolactin levels from being released, when you come you release all your prolactin, dostinex is supposed to stop this from happening allowing multiple orgasms, i found it to do little at all if anything. and its a fortune

Good info B, I guess my only route at this point is to stay with the a dex and nolva. I will run the doses I stated and throw in the dos and play the waiting game. I hate to sound like a kid but I have no experience with this and it aggrivates the shit out of me. I am by no means new to the game just never had this problem. I have always kept my doses on the light side and got good results. I have always had the goodies to take care of problems just never had a problem so I don't know what to expect. I do appreciate the info and link!!!

i would try some letro it is much more effective than adex. mr. x will chime in i'm sure, i think the dosing is like 1.25mg ed of letro with 40mg nolva ed will clear it up in most cases by three weeks

does winny help with gyno in general? or just prog gyno?
