a little advise plz

hey guys, im 17, and want a little advise on where to go next . u see im only 5,2ft and have been lifting weights for 2 years but not pushing myself as much as i could. What i want is ur tips for bulking up. its not as easy as eating eggs cause im allergic to them .. so im on the chicken at the moment. any comments more thn welcom, and what do u think of my physic ?? any suggestions ??
 
na man im like alergic to egg, anything with it in... which means most protien drinks ect... but cotine is ok.... thnks for replying. any advise on what to work on next on my body, just see my pic...thnks
 
really ?? like i dont really have a program to stick 2. u think tht would help ?? and dose many :saw: of u have one ??do they work ??

For me one body part a day seems to work pretty well.

Have you tried creatine? No eggs in that. Worked wonders for my strength in just a week....no joke. Size will come with strength.

Try this.

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Triceps
Saturday: Back
Sunday: OFF

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: off
Friday: Arms, shoulders
Saturday: off
Sunday: off

Or, if you dont have a lot of time....

Chest/triceps
Back/biceps
Legs/abs
Those are in order, but you can take days off whenever you want. If you're sore, take an extra day off.
 
thnks 220 , for the program... will give it a try! and should i work on each part till failure??? and i will take creatine, as well....at the moment im benching about 70kg which for my hieght and weight i think is good, cause im only 9 stone and 5,2ft.... anything else i can work on my chest with ??

10sets 8-12 reps per set. Dont work till failure.

i thought tht , tht ment u were pushing urself to the limits ??
I've found it's not very productive to go to failure on each set.
