Left Behind is good.
It's about the world after the second coming but before judgement day.

If your writing is any indication of your reading ability, I'd have to go with Hop on Pop.

the house of spirits
about a chilean family... Spans from the 30's to late 70's... Lots of supernaturality, politics, romeo and juliet type love(lovers that cant be together), overcoming oppression... Might not sound good the way i write it... but its a good book

the prince of tides
Dont know how to explain it... But i know you will like it

Replay by Dan Grimwood

A guy is 45 yrs old and has a heart attack and dies.
He wakes up in his college dorm room bed in the past and is 18 again with all the memories of his other life.

The story line takes you through how he makes money the first week on a bet on a world series win against the odds that year.
Then he goes on to do other things using the knowledge he has of future events because he lived through them already.

On one replay, the Govt get ahold of him.
On another, he discovers a woman that is going through the same thing.

Each time the day arrives when he originally had the heart attack at 45 yrs old he dies again and is brought back to the past and each time this happens the time gets shorter and shorter until it is only a few weeks between him coming back and the heart attack...

This book takes you through the turmoil of the late 60's and 70's
and each replay is a little different the way the guy works it..

Also check Dean Koontz books - Lightening or Watchers
Both excellent reads and will get you hooked on Koontz style.

If you're interested in martial arts or the history of Japan,
you can try "SECRETS OF THE SAMURAI"
by Oscar Ratti and Adele Westbrook.

It's the definitive study of the martial arts of feudal Japan.

I just started reading it myself, it's pretty interesting,
for me at least.
