A good pre workout energy drink????

That red line shit is nerve racking. If you could handle it, go for it. What I don't like about drinks like that is they don't specify the amount of their ingredients. They label certain ingredients potency as propriety blends. I'd like to know how much of the compound I'm consuming. I don't like the stuff.
