Hey guys,
I have been bulking up for many months now and when the spring comes around i want to focus on definition and endurance. I think that if i do a boxing workout i will be in the exact kind of shape that i want to be in. Does anyone have a good boxing routine that combines running, sprinting, and other stuff.
