A few questions...

Hey everyone,

so i'll start with the basics, i'm 25, 5'11 and 200 pounds with moderate to high body fat. I've been working out consistantly for a few years and recently started watching my diet as I had been eating and drinking all that I wanted while i was in school. I'm looking to start a cycle of deca/dbol/winnie from obit labs. what workout schedules have you found to be the best while on a cycle. I train 5 days a week working each muscle group once weekly leaving lots of time for rest. I have also increased the amount of time i spend doing cardio as i would like to drop some of the fat. I've read that I should add test to the mix as i'll probably get deca dick but i'm curious as to whether there is any other down sides aside from the deca dick if i don't add test. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Sorry for being a newbie but i'm hoping i've given enuf detail.

Deca 300 1cc 10 weeks
dbol 20mg week 1, 30mg week 2, 40mg weeks 3-4
winnie 40mg weeks 8-10

i would cut your body fat down before doing any aas--and that cycle in not a good idea for a 1st time--or any time for that matter.

get some lipoflame from www.agxsports.com to help the process along.

Have you done much research?

I've been reading for a few months now and was under the impression that the dosage and cycle lengths seemed alright, but i may be completely off base. I had also been considering droping the fat before doing the cycle and odds are thats the best option for me.
 
Don't take this the wrong way, but if you have been working out for YEARS and you have moderate to HIGH body fat then please explain what kind of work out you are doing...1 of 2 things here...either your working out really sucks or your diet is shot to hell...so first things first...CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN up your diet big time and lose a good 10-15lbs of fat first and then consider doing AAS after ALOT of research...and if it's your first cycle, everyone is going to say the same thing...TEST only for 10 weeks and see how your body reacts to it

also, lab names is a NO NO so edit that and put it in a different forum for next time

i gifted you a plat membership for a week--so do a lot of searches and learn as much as you can.

Sorry about that, i've made the changes to my posts. I believe my workouts are strong and consistant and i've only recently changed my diet which i know was absolutely horrible. Consisted of fast food and beer mostly. I'll continue my research for the next few months and watch my diet and drop some weight before i consider doing any cycle. What would you recomend as a good workout?
 
everyone's workout is different and tailored to what their goals are...my workouts look like this...

odd week - free weights
even week - machines/cables
M- chest/tris/calves/abs/cardio @ 45 minutes
T - shoulders
W- legs/calves/abs - cardio @ 45minutes
TH - back/bi's
F - chest/tris/shoulders/abs - cardio @ 45 minutes

every week i switch the days and intensity around to shock the muscles to help prevent plateaus...

where you are trying to burn more bodyfat and weight, you should look into cardio based free weight training and drop sets to make you sweat mixed with atleast 45 minutes of cardio no less than 3 days per week

just keep in mind, before ever thinking of take AAS, your diet MUST be as clean as possible because AAS doesn't make fat just disappear and muscles appear...they are an aid but you have to do the real work...fat loss basically breaks down to 70% diet and 30% training
