A few questions

I know that if I want to lose any fat to do cardio when I get up on an empty stomach. But what should my heart rate be at? and for what period of time?
I also picked up some protien power, a multi vitiam and Salmon oil. I was told to take the Salmon oil with every meal and the multi 2 twice a day.
If I do any cardio in the morning shoud I take the Salmon oil and multi on an empty stomach for cardio? or does it even matter.

Since I have taken the summer off of work I have been getting 12+ hours of sleep. But have been eating one less meal should I try and fit that meal back into my schedual? or do I not need it any more because I am asleep most of the time.

I am kind of torn right now I want to put muscle on but also really want a 6 pack

And I took the whole summer off so I could get in really good shape :D

If anyone could help answer any of my questions it would be appreciated
Thanks

First, make a solid decision on what you want to accomplish. If you want to put on muscle, say goodbye to the 6 pack until next summer.

What's your stats? Height, weight, bodyfat %?

If your BF% is around 12, you're in a perfect position to embark on a bulking phase.

However, if you're 6ft and weigh 170lbs dripping weight: no matter what, embark on that bulking phase. GAIN LBM.

As was said above, make a decision on what you want to accomplish. THEN figure in a program. Specifically, I wouldn't figure in supplements until your diet was in order.

5 9" sitting around 155 with skinny legs. Not sure what my body fat % is but when I flex my stomach you can see my 4 upper abs but not my lowers and no abs when not flexing:(
So I am guessing I must be over 10%

Should I take some pictures and post them?

EAT. You can cut all you want, it's a piece of cake, but if there's nothing to see under that fat, you won't be ahead of the game.

...and add sprints to keep the bodyfat in check. :)

Then EAT.
