A few questions

hello,
i just started my cycle of 750 mgs a week of organon sust.
Its my 3rd week and im noticing good strength gains and im getting a bit thicker, but my stomach is getting fat. i lift and run everyday for about 4 hours combined. 6 a.m to 8a.m cardio, and 4p.m to 6p.m lifting ( for spring football in college). I know im working out hard enough and keeping my cardio up, but i just seem to be getting fatter? I only eat 2 or 3 times a day but when i eat i eat alot, can this be the problem? Also i know from taking sustanon the injections are painfull, the highest i ever took was 500 mgs a week for 8 weeks, i am taking one amp more now and my butt is killing me like never before, is this because of how much im taking? i know my injection sites are right ive done many injections for not only myself but alot of others, and noone has ever had any problems? Also last week i got an abcess(sp?) on my left ass cheek that went away in about 4 days, and im noticing another one on my right ass from my injection 2 days ago? I dont want this to happen every week, so what might be the problem? should i rotate my shoulders or any other injections sites in?
And also my stats ..... im 6'1 and i weigh 210, this is my 4 cycle(this one bieng my most serious) and is as follows

organon sust- week 1 - 250mgs
Organon sust-weeks 2-8 - 750mgs
Equipose- weeks 8-16 - 250mgs
Clomid after
Any critique on my cycle is appreciated along with any answers or help

First off bro you are not eating enough!!! Stop eat such massive meals and concentrate on eating at least 5-6 meals thru-out the day!!! And really watch what you are eating, make sure to keep your protein high (protein shakes will help!). Next why did you start your first week just taking 250mg of Sust???? You should have started using 750mg. Plus sust usually doesn't kick in till around the 3rd-4th week, so anyday now you should notice the strength increase and the body weight increase as well.
Also, you should rotate your injection sites man, just use your quads, their quick and painless. And your not getting abcesses, its just swelling from the injection site, you may not be going deep enough either, what size pin are you using????
And lastly you should increase your EQ dose to at least 400-500mg/week to see any results and use the sust for 10 weeks instead of 8. Something like this:

Week 1-10 Sust 750mg/week
Week 8-16 EQ 400-500mg/week
Then start clomid two weeks after last EQ shot!!

first i wanna say thanks for helping me, second im using inch and a half for my ass, which should definantly be deep enough( i thought at least) I was also wondering about that, what if you dont hit muscle somehow and only hit fat? is it a wasted shot or will it be used? I could use alot more protein, something that i overlooked i suppose, i will be picking up alot of shakes and bars today. I will try eating alot more and spread it out throughout the day.

oh and i forgot to add, i started off at 250 mgs my first week just to get my body used to it, i like to do this when starting a cycle i dont know why, i guess it just makes me feel better. And also i accidently ordered alot of sust and EQ(it really wasnt an accident i guess but.....) , so i can extend my weeks of sust from 8 to 10 and also take alot more EQ

no bashing you but you gotta be an idiot to do 2 hours carido, and 2 hours lifting..........and even a bigger idiot to do them ONTHESAMEDAY!

1 and 1/2 pins are good for your ass! You should start shooting in your quads or shoulders (just use 1 inch pins) so that you don't accumulate a lot of scar tissue in your glutes. Scar tissue sucks ass, a buddy of mine only shoots in his legs (too scared to shoot anywhere else) and he's got soo much scare tissue that sometimes the pin won't go in all the way no matter how hard he pushes-not a good thing!! Anyways bro good luck with your cycle and eat like a cow so that you can get massive!!
 
Thanks alot tech one. And for the other guy that posted. I have no choice on what i do and when i do it, when you play college football you dont make the rules the program does. Therefore i have to wake up at 6 every morning and condition till 8. then we must sign in to lift everyday, except wed. when we have off. But thanks for your 2 cents anyway.
 
firstly sust can be a little painful, try running some hot water over the spike before injecting and give the injection spot a good 5-10 minute rub after injection. if you had an abcess you would be a hurting dude, that was likely not the problem. i dont like your cycle. its your fourth and you weigh 210: sust 250mg every 3rd day for ten weeks, eq 400/500 weekly for ten weeks. tech one is correct your diet is no good. you have a busy schedule so plan for it bro, pre-package some chicken breasts, tuna, peanut butter, keep a tub of whey at your training facility. if you gorge yourself a couple times a day you are doing yourself no good. you seem dedicated to sport, dedication to your diet is key for your success. good luck
