Does anyone subscribe by the theory when they are on (or off) and trying to put on mass, where they are completely strict M-F, then Friday eve - SUnday they let lose a little, go out to eat each night for a good burger or meal, etc.? How does it work for you? Might be a horribly dumb question, but I'm just getting my feet wet when it comes to bulking up, i.e. trying to get over this mental disorder.
