Becoming-We've been doing a 12 week work up we started with 4x8 then 5x5 , 4x4,3x3, soon it will be 2x2 then work up to maxes. Remember he ate two more slices but I had three pieces of cheesebread and a bigger lung
Devastation- Thanks I don't think I will ever out bench my bro my wingspan is six inches bigger than his and i have much smaller wrist and elbow joints. I am not sad he is beating me just that he is progressing faster.
Thanks for the update on the program, I am interested to hear the final results (ie gains over the period) when you guys finish it up....
And I for one have faith in ya' Scotts, I think you WILL beat him one day, maybe you just got to sneak in some extra buffet time, besides, bigger wingspan and smallr wrists and elbows just means more room to pack on huge slabs o' muscle!
