tonight, i went straight from 135 to 225!!
ALL of my deadlift problems were solved tonight with one minor form adjustment. It seems it IS actually possible to overarch your back. I've been doing it the entire time and thats whats been causing all of my lower back pain. This not only fixed my deadlift, but also my squats, bent rows, good mornings etc etc etc. I cant wait to deadlift next week. Time to start getting big
