Hallo i come from greece excuse mybad grammar in advance.My stats height 1.78 weight 70kg bf 8 % my goal is to try and reach 90 at 8 or below bf as a natural
At that time i was training for about 1 year 5 months i started watching my diet after my first year. Nothing special around 3000 caloric intake and macrowise 200 g protein (i didnt care about carbs and fats that much)
