9/25 DE Squat ( forgot camera )

I forgot my camera and didnt feel like walking back to my apartment, so no vids today.

Speed Squats ( i really messed these up, but it was the first time doing it so its ok )
45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185( w/ light bands ) x3x6

I think next week wil be 135 with the bands properly attached so i actually get some resistance the whole ROM

Power Cleans
135x3, 185x3x6

Reverse Hypers
2x8 BW

Spread Eagle Situps w/ 25 lb plate
2x8

other than completely messing up the speed squats which i now know what to do, so next week will be better, tomorow, speed bench. will have vids
 
were the speed squats done on a box or free-standing. Bands are tough to get used to so go down in weight cause in a month you gonna start blowing by 185. 3sets of powercleans for 6 reps, nice conditioning. Put in some GHR and it will look great to me
 
power cleans were 6 sets of 3, free standing squats. I know what to do now with bands so it will be ebtter next time.
