The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Southern Cal Trojans will both be trying to pick up a win on Saturday when they battle at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Oddsmakers currently have the Trojans listed as 12-point favorites versus the Buckeyes, while the game's total has not yet been posted.

Ohio State rallied with two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to defeat Ohio 26-14 on September 6th. Ohio State failed to cover the 34.5-point spread, and the combined 40 points fell UNDER the posted total of 47.

That game is always close. It doesn't matter who is ranked where. The last five years the winner of that game has scored less than 20 points. It's the Spurrier jinx. They beat us last year and we still finished #3.

The ASU game next week will be a much better indicator of where UGA is. Besides a W is a W in the final poll.
