i was 210 12% at 5 7 and 16 years old after 4.5years training before i got on and the only reason i got on so early was because i legitimately needed trt other wise i would have probably been able to get to about 210 6% with my genetics naturally
Anyone! And I mean anyone should be to get to 230lb. naturally!
I was a skinny ass six footer at 165lb. I join the Marines or face jail for possible assault. There was nothing to do except play paddle ball,etc in the rec room or get drunk in town then thrown in jail! LOL So I went to the makeshift gym. There I stayed for two years, bringing my weight to 215lb. Yet, I humbly regret that I didn't do any leg exercises which would have put my weight close to 240lb natural. My family has been blessed with the "BIG GENES" as well as the "FAT GENES" So I can go either way. My father was a skinny man and my mother is Indian and Caucasian. What I'm trying to write in my scant expose' is that anyone can reach their genetic potential at 230 plus pounds! I'm at 200lb at this time. I guess I neglected the legs because I don't like wearing short pants. Still hate them! Anyway, I'm going to hit the legs with compound sets very slowly to break those muscles in. I should be able to get to 250lb. naturally!!!
This is no bullshit fellas!! I'm sick of seeing guys with big upper body development with skinny ass calves and thighs no bigger than my UN-exercised quadriceps and hamstring muscles.
I'm going AU NATURAL!!! For two years. That should net me 30-60lb on my legs.
I'll post to the site with my progress, that's if the Admin deems it's OK. See y'all in the funny papers!
