Pics of me at 8 weeks out...

Hey guys. Here are some recent pics of me. The ones in the black shorts are from 16 weeks out, when my diet began (6'2", 242 lbs), and the ones in the grey shorts were taken last night (230 lbs), 8 weeks out from my show.

With regard to any criticism...please be gentle! I am pretty low on carbs, so I may jump from a high high precepice!

Hey bro! Looking smooth. Nice transition! That's a pretty damn good transition you made in 8 weeks. Congrats! So your only down 12 pounds? And trimmed quite a bit of fat off. What has your diet looked like and what are you using? What was your carb, protein, and fat intake? PS, karma for a job well done.
 
Looks good bro... not bad at all for 8wks out.

Naturally, you'll need to work some more on the tan, etc. but that's all EASILY done with the foundation you have at 8 weeks out.

You remind me of Dolph Lundgren (Drago, Punisher, He-man, etc). I would work on the tan a bit. Are you doing a show? Or a shoot? I would look into doing fitness modeling, you have the right body for it. Looking good :)

The first 4 weeks:
400 g protein
250 g carbs
50 g fat

No drugs until 13 weeks out.

weeks 12,11,10,9:
400g protein
300g carbs
25g fat


I have all of my carbs during my first 3 meals: 1 Postworkout, and meals 2 and 3. Th remainder of my meals are protein/veggies or protein/ fat.


Drugs, weeks 13,12,11,10,9,8:

1/2 cc fina ED
1 cc Test Cyp every 3 days
1 cc Reforvit-B (taken orally, gelcap..I ain't injecting that nasty shit!)

The remainder of my cycle, weeks 7,6,5,4,3,2:

1/2 cc fina ED
1 cc Test Enanthate every 4 days (thru week 4)
1 cc Equipoise every 3 days
1 cc Winny-V every 3 days

I am going to use suspension, liquidex the last 2 weeks.

Using Clen weeks 7&6, 5, 3&2.

Local bodybuiklding competition...Junior division, Heavyweight.

I've heard the Dolph Lungren thing quite a few times!
 
Perfect look for a junior division. They don't like the over the top, drugged out look in those shows.

When you take your next pics, have a tan, and use better lighting. It will make a world of difference. Gyms have good overhead lighting, take some there.

If you don't want to spend a lot of time in a tanning bed, I would start working on self tanners, and perhaps a spray booth. Savage bronze tanner would be great for now. It can be found at Sallys Beauty supply. My fiancee' developes a dark, natural look with it. A couple of weeks before the show, look for a fantasy tan booth. Start with a level 5, and then a few days before the show, have them spray you with a level 10.

It's farely cheap. It's about $15-25 a session. They airbrush you with a tanner that looks real. Depending on the level, it can be light or VERY deep. Most places that have tanning beds, offer this as well. Look in the phone book, and if you don't find anything in the tanning section about mystic or fantasy tan, just call some regular places, and see if they offer it.

It's really great, and lasts 7-14 days. A lot of pro's are using this before a show now, as well as stars, models etc. It looks great. The whole Baywatch crew swore by it during the shows run.
 
What has your caloric intake been Big Country?
 
@ 3000 per day during the first 4 weeks.
@ the same weeks 12,11,10,9...but i lowered fat and raised carbs slightly.
Next week, carbs drop to 250 per day.

My eating during the week is : 5 days @ 3000 cal, 1 day 2000cal then day 7 is 200g protein, 550 g carbs, almost no fat. It has kept my body from adjusting to a set calorie level.

That and I've had 2 cheat meals during the last 8 weeks. i used to have one per week when dieting...Now I cut the shit out at 12 weeks.
