I remember starting a thread about this earlier, but I didnt exactly get all my questions answered. Basically im at 10%, what % do you need to get an 8 pack? Are some people just born with weak tendon lines and so it just doesnt show as cut up even though theres no fat? Kind of like how some people have veins that stick out and some people have them more embedded in their muscles?

Basically I have the striations in the obliques, but going out to the side more and towards the lower back seems like i am holding a little bit of fat. Im about to start a test/deca/anadrol cycle so im not woried about my bf% right now but after im gonnsa want to cut and be 200@8%.

So diet wise do you cut out starch? no milk because of the sugar? no carbs after 6? green tea in the AM? 1 gallon of water daily? plenty of lean meat, veggies, sweet potatoes, anpb, eggs and whey?
 
I've been doing leg raises with a resistance band and I've never felt my abs being worked so hard. Using a leg raise bench like this

I take a resistance band and place each handle under the back feet of the bench so it loops across the front. Then get in position, hook your feet under the band and start raising straight legged.

Its insane!

you think this is better than weighted hanging leg raises from a pullup position? actually hanging? supersetted with decline weighted crunches? ill definetly try those tho :)

I wouldn't say one is better than the other. What I like about the band vs. the others you mentioned is you don't have to support the weight which can fatigue the muscle before they've actually been worked, if that makes sense.

The band virtually has no weight but is providing your abs with all the resistance. Using wieght your psoas muscles will tire before your abs do just by supporting the weight. No one gives a shit about a psoas muscle, you want to work your abs.

hey I give a shit about my psoas! hahaha. that's true tho its like my hip flexor gets tired before my abs. thx for the tip.
 
If you have got this far with diet alone with the right supps an 8 pack should not be a problem.

But what about the tendon thing? I read that not everyone can get an 8 pack no matter how much bf they lose. Basically if i want to get in the single digits i need to be super strict with what i eat how i train and my cardio correct?
 
Not sure about the tendon thing but if thats you in your avi right now with no cutting drugs in you then you can get ALOT more cut and vascular with some help IMO.
 
you said no matter how shit you eat you never get fat so I say relax and bulk up let your diet loosen a bit have foods that you enjoy more if your not gonna gain bf freom it. What do you have to loose? eat more cals bulk up and get stronger, you already got the abs! just my 2 cents though its your choice after all

well idk about eatin anything anymore since im about to do deca/aanadrol/test so ill bloat up
