I remember starting a thread about this earlier, but I didnt exactly get all my questions answered. Basically im at 10%, what % do you need to get an 8 pack? Are some people just born with weak tendon lines and so it just doesnt show as cut up even though theres no fat? Kind of like how some people have veins that stick out and some people have them more embedded in their muscles?

Basically I have the striations in the obliques, but going out to the side more and towards the lower back seems like i am holding a little bit of fat. Im about to start a test/deca/anadrol cycle so im not woried about my bf% right now but after im gonnsa want to cut and be 200@8%.
So diet wise do you cut out starch? no milk because of the sugar? no carbs after 6? green tea in the AM? 1 gallon of water daily? plenty of lean meat, veggies, sweet potatoes, anpb, eggs and whey?
