Okay, I had a trusted and knowledgeable person figure out my bf %. I watched her measurements and double checked her math. Her numbers actually showed that for an under 20 year old my bf is 7%, but I am 36 so I disagreed with this and took the higher number - 8%.
So, my question is since I am so old (compared to most folks on here) do I have to get to a much lower bf% to see my abs correctly? I can see my obliques, but i have some stubborn fat or it might be fluid retention right in the front of my abs. Everywhere else I am only some dieuretics and carb loading away from lokin ripped.
