67 on August 20th: 5 years here

I was 67 on August 20th with 5 years here at EF. I am stronger than at anytime in my life. Sure you can see the age, but HRT keeps me vital and fit. I also alternate with cycles and firmly believe that diet, aas, HGH, exercise and full recovery is the way to go for longevity.

Right on bro! I wish I could say I've been hitting it hard for 5 years. This site changed my life years ago, then things happened and I've been away for a while. Now I'm back, ready to take it on again. I've been feeling like hell for years until I recently found TRT. My mental state and emotions are completely different! I couldn't imagine living the rest of my life feeling like shit and having it get progressively worse over time. You're about twice my age lion. I look forward to learning from you, so if I make it to 67, I'll be on top of the world!
