6'4 260 Need Help Please!!!!

Hey Guys And Gals...

My Diet Is Clean And Have Had Gotten Great Advice From Here In The Past. I Was 330 And Now 260. I Want To Get Down To 225. Can Someone Please Give Me A Good Solid Abdominal Workout To Cut The Fat That I Have Especially My Love Handles. Any Advice Is Very Much Appreciated. Thanks!

keep dieting. there are no exercises which can specifically melt fat around a particular body part.

X2, the way your body stores fat is all in genetics. Diet down and eventually your love handles will go away.

I hear ya brother, I am 6'3" and WAS 315lbs just 6 months ago. I have been working my ass off and have gotten down to 235lbs. I still have another 15-20lbs to go. I also store fat in my lower belly and lower back. By summer I plan on having most of that gone!!!

Hit the weights hard,keep up the cardio and try the ECA stack to compliment your diet and exercise!

Everybody has hit it on the head for ya bro! THE ONLY way to get rid of fat on stomach or anywhere else is a caloric deficet(sp?)!!! Congrats on the progress bro!

no! i don't know how you train right now, but i'd suggest you take a look at the training sticky and start reading up on how to train efficiently.
