625x3 Benchpress...

That is an amazing amount of brute power.....Nick Winters benched at the New England Record Breakers a few months ago, and I think he put up 650 raw and easy. Very explosive, he lifts like he has a bench shirt sewn underneath his skin, he jus tthrows weights off his chest.

the RAW angle makes it imo - an incredible act of strength...notice the placement of his feet.....even as f'ded as they were - he generated a LOT of push

His ability to reverse the bar is absolutely stunning on the 2nd rep - it happens instantly with total control and a lot of power. You're right. It's basically like he has a shirt under there and it's just a matter of him holding that speed and getting through lockout. Pretty amazing especially for a triple.

Do you guys remember Greg Kovacs? He didn't do shit in bodybuilding, but if his strength was real then he puts all to shame!

I don't know what that is, it is certainly explosive, the lifter can surely fire explosively and powerfully, and he does legitimately clean the last rep, so he clearly knows how to clean and is capable of cleaning that weight.....the vid calls it a "Hungarian" clean.....I don't know what that is, lots of times lifts have a sexy Eastern-Euro name for no good reason, lol....but seriously I don't know what that is.

I thought it might be similar in nature to kipping in order to do a pull-up: giving your neural system enough time to get coordinated for the actual clean.

Our football coach showed us the hungarian weightlifting powerclean routine.
I guess some olympic weight lifters from Hungary do two hours work on cleans three times a day. Now that takes some real discipline.
My guess it just as obvious as anyone elses. The hungarian powerlifters probably do something similar to that.

Awesome strength off the chest. I like his technique with the feet bent under him. I have been using that and like it.
