I'm on day 2 of the Atkins Induction Diet (2 weeks on 20 grams of carbs or less daily) I'm also employing the apple cider vinegar diet, eating lots of vegatables and meat and I'm also concentrating on plenty of exercise.
My goal is to lose 60 pounds in roughly 3 1/2 months and also build as muxh muscle as I can in that time frame. About 7 years ago I used to lift quite a bit and as a result I had a very lean and muscular build. Does anyone know if that will make a difference in losing weight now?
Not sure if this makes a difference, but despite the fact that I'm overweight I can still my ab muscles beneath all the flab. In fact my entire upperbody is still somewhat muscular. Does this mean I might lose weight quickly?
