6 weeks planning

IMO, nothing. I dont feel 6wks is really long enough to get decent gains from a bulk cycle. Hell, most people need at least 8wks to diet and get shredded.
 
i dont want 30pounds
i just need a boost *bulking style* because nothing kick me (legit)
and i just want some ideas
im on diet , and i have my prog

i need that boost beacause i will travel in december

what are you thinking about that :

*russian d-bol 30 to 40mg per day and *winny pills 50mg per day *clenbuterol 1pump 2d on 2 d off.

Dec is 8wks away. Run a real cycle for 8-10wks and then you'll be good to go.
