6 weeks out need some help from my iron bruthas

Whats up all.

So 6 weeks out and need a bit of clarity..If running 650 mg of Enanthate, 600mg of EQ weekly if Winny orals get added in a week( 5 weeks 50mg ED ) is there a need to cut the test out a week or two prior to the show?? Lots of people suggesting to cut due to water retention but if your diet is spot on and your under 10% bf 6 weeks out wouldnt it be wiser to run the test straight through to remain more full?? Thanks.
 
If anything, maybe lower the dose down a bit to a cruiser dose, but im not gonna lie... Most bodybuilders i know are on higher doses during precontest phase of the cycle if they are hitting a show during cycle.... I would recommened keeping the dose at what you have it at, and trying upping you water intake to deplete the bodies normal hold of water... If you body senses that it is seeking a good amount of water from an external source, it will naturally deplete itself of retained water.. Or try hitting an extra cardio session... Personally, i would try n keep the doses at what they are and not change them unless you just cant get rid of unwanted bloat...

Pretty good advice right there. I personally like to lower the dose of test down before the show to reduce bloat, but making sure you are hitting about 2 gallons of water over day will go a long way too in getting you more dry.
 
that sounds like good advice. upping the cardio a bit for next few weeks makes sense. In my opinion these next 3 weeks are very imortant because you still maintain enough quality calories to actually gain muscle..
