6 week out blood test results

I've printed the tests that came back not normal. My doc was really worried about the liver values. I explained to him my situation and he wants me to come back in a week and take another test. For 6 weeks out the testosterone levels seem pretty high no? The test was taken 4 days after my last HCG shot and 6 weeks after Anavar and 9 weeks after EQ. Not that I am complaining but is it too early to be celebrating?

Test Reading Normal Ranges
AST 60U/L 2-50U/L
ALT 114U/L 2-60U/L

Chol. 206mg/dL <200mg/dL
HDL 34mg/dL >40mg/dL
HDL Ration 6.1 5.0
LDL 154mg/dL 130mg/dL

TSH 0.11mIU/L 0.40-5.50mIU/L
T4 Free 1.3ng/dL 0.8-1.8ng/dL
T4 Total 7.3ug/dL 4.5-12.0ug/dL
T3 Total 107ng/dL 60-181ng/dL

HCG Serum 25.4mIU/mL <5.0mIU/mL
Testosterone Total 1997ng/dl 241-827ng/dL

Is this normal for 6 weeks out? My Doc was freaking out about the liver values which was causing me to freak out, but Im off now and do not drink alchohol so hopefully my tests next week will be better. I feel great othrwise. What do you guys think?

i had bloodwork done 7 weeks post cycle of my var cycle and my ast and alt levels were elevated 87 and 89 but my ggt levels were ok this is suppoosed to be a more acurate way to check for liver damage the liver enzymes will be raised whenever the liver is stressed fo periods of time they should return to normal after stopping the var ,were you using any liver supps and what were yoyr doses ,i would take some milk thistle and some tylkers liver detox hope this helps ya bro

I was on the var for 14-15 weeks at 50mg a week. I started taking Tyler's Detox and ran out around week 6 and thought I would be fine until week 14 I started getting nausea and by week 15 some nasty pains in my liver area, it turned out to be an inflamed liver. Im on Liver's detox now and will be until I run out. This was my first experience with Orals and I did not listen to everyone when they warned about liver damage. I thought Var would not cause any liver problems. Ehhh, live and learn..

What were your test. levels at week 6?

when we see elevated GGT levels at the hospital it usually means that the person is an alcoholic. so, you can still have liver damage from the steroids with a normal GGT. AST and ALT can be elevated due to severe muscle fatigue/breakdown, but this is not likely the case when you are also having pains in the RUQ. these pains are your body telling you something! you should listen to it more often. so your other LFTs were in the normal range? i suggest you take some time off and stay away from alcohol and tylenol and other things that stress your liver. try the tylers and the other liver protectants. cant hurt. good luck. you look a little hyperthyroid too. were you taking T3 or something?

i assume u mean var 50 mg @ day? and for almost 4 months? wow.

what were your lean mass gains like?

get some glucorrell from anafit (rALA) , does wonders to help your liver fix itself.

Yes I went up to 80mcg. was on total for 6 weeks, tapered on and off. And yes all my other Hepatic readings are within normal range. The only ones out of range were AST and ALT.

Its really hard to tell, I went from 240 > 27% Bf to right now I am 230 just over 16.7%. I lost most of my body fat in the weeks after my cycle. I was doing absolutely no cardio the first 12 weeks of my cycle. Im trying to get it in now 1 hour 3 times a week now.

Strength was a real confidence boost. Bench and Deadlifts went through the roof. The test was done last week im off now for 7 weeks, strength and size are still there, no signs of fatigue or strength loss as of yet. Depression has kicked my ass though.

Again, Im not that experienced , I beleive my results could have been much better. Im going off until March maybe April.

Were do you get the liver Detox?

ulter or macro should check me here, but I think the detox wuld be more useful when you are on, to prevent the damage.

NOW, after the damage has already been done, you would probably benefit more from the glucorell to actually repair/regenerate liver cells.

I will try the glucorell, is there any way there is irreversible liver damage?

What about the testosterone levels? With a week and a half out of HCG therapy should I expect them to drop alot more?

I know the only way to know for sure is with more tests, but what have others experienced as far as how long after HCG therapy does there test levels go back to a normal range?

Wow, those test levels are high!

Fuck steroids. I think I might just start doing three week cycles of HCG every so often!

The ALT and AST levels are not that high considering you were juicing. You could get those levels following some medications or alcohol use. People often have temporary levels 5-10X normal using orals like dbol. I think Dr's naturally get concerned at any sign of liver stress but I don't think those numbers will stay elevated for long. Using ibuprofen for a few days can put you slightly above normal liver enzyme levels. :)

ibuprofen will not cause elevated LFTs. it and all other NSAIDs are metabolized in the kidneys. i bet you were thinking of tylenol. :)
