6 week cutting cycle
this is what im going to do this summer, to harden and get cut up. my stats are 6'1, 200lbs, around 8-10%bf im looking to get around 190.

im a track athlete and will be training ed very hard along with 1 hour of intense lifting after my running workout. my calories will be around 5,000 since i don't want to get any bigger. any advice would be appreciated. (especially if u have done a cycle like this before)

Bro...This cycle will pack on the pounds for sure.
Using this cycle I don't think that It would be physically possible to actually lose weight unless you ate less than one lettuce leaf a day (and no...I'm not recomending that).

At 5000 cal a day on this cycle and you'll sure as shit not lose a single pound, but probably gain at least 10.
 
One more thing...six weeks is pretty short to start with, but only four weeks worth of Var probably isn't even worth the money.
 
so there's a chance that i might be able to loose weight, or maybe even say slightly the same, but just get ripped to shreds?
 
Perhaps bro...still, I think that this is more of a BB cycle than a track cycle.
It will surely make you look better, but I don't think that it will help your times all that much. Especially with the low carb diet that you'd have to follow to lose the weight.
