hey guys, i can plan for bulking, but iv never truly 'cut' before, actually need help devising

diet
training program
and supplement regimen, juice OTC only included. I currently have diesel, beast, and helladrol.

any tips, etc are recommended, and having bf measured aswell whats the easiest way to do this? if i cant reach six pack even without juice then getting a flat stomach is acceptable.
 
Post your diet, as for bf measuring, use a pinch test. Hormones are not made for cutting, they are made for packing on muscle, but if you are going to run a low carb diet, helladrol is the way to go.
 
training you really dont have to change. Its all about the diet and including some carido always helps.

Personally I find cycling my carb intake always works for cutting for me. The bigger the muscle Im working the higher the carbs are for that day lower fat intake. Smaller muscle group lower carbs higher fat. On days I dont train I try to keep those days very low on carbs. I never go below 100 grams and never go above 300 grams. Protein I usually keep around 300-350 grams. Eat about every 2.5 to 3 hours.

You should really only lose about two lbs a week otherwise you could be losing muscle. Needto has great products for cutting. My favorite at the moment is oxyelite pro appetite suppresent really helps with dieting. Havent tried there other prodcuts though. Out of the stuff you have I dont really know whats the best for cutting. Im gonna be running dieselbolan here in week or two for my cutting purpose but its just cause I had a bottle around.
