6 meals a day

I am currently eating 6 meals a day.. are each of the meals suppose to be equal in portion? I am basically eating three meals + three snacks.. my snacks are generally a shake and a piece of fruit while my meals are often 2 chicken breats + fish + oatmeal..is this to much?

You have to adjust your diet to your training goals.

Lots of protein & carbs with clean fats is perfect for getting bigger (or an all the time diet for hardgainers).

A CKD/TKD is probably best for max fat loss, but you're not going to make much, if any, gains

6 meals a day is great for losing weight or getting bigger, but you have to fit it to your training
