Not exagerrated. Whether he kills someone is just part of the equation. Our law in Arizona is a .08. An hour after I stopped him from driving, he was at .157. Do you know what your penalty is for an extreme DUI??? (.15 in AZ) We had also been smoking some mad herb. As I said, he doesn't have a job... he can't handle a DUI, that's just another thing his mom would have to pay for. There are more consequences that the obvious when you drive shitfaced.
