Well, been about 6 - 7 weeks on this cut and wow, I think I am doing great. Unfortunently I am starting a new job tues and may have to change my plans a little bit. This cut was to get down to about 200 (from 213ish) and maintain. Well i'm 200-202 now and maintaing fine and still getting stronger (clean foods at 40% protein). I'm really impressed and can't thank all ya'll on here for the great advice getting me here.

Hey, Killa! Just had a look-see at those before and after pics.....lookin' good! Stay as disciplined with the diet as possible on the new job (i'm sure you already know that). You'll be fine! Good job!

Hey Hawty... You can definitely see the changes you have made!!! Keep on with it.. Afterall it's a life-style change not a 2 week, or 2 month thing...

Got to agree with the other gals, you are making some great progress. You'll be able to plan around the new job to keep it consistent.

Only 7 weeks too? That's enough motivation for me today to get my a$$ to the gym!

Thanks! And keep it up! Post up some more pics in a few more week's time.

:)

I actually like it ... 'cept for the WW bread ... :)

Oh and I eat more than you :chomp: well, usually, lol if not AS much ... Finally went shopping so I can zigzag my cals back UP!

So what's the goal, maintenance? Are you hungry? I think you can maintain/cut/lean out a bit more by adding some cals ...

Bunny, yea.. I was really wanting to maintain this weight, but def lean out some more. Now that school is ending and got a jobby job (I have money again, woot) I'm gunna really try and experiment with my diet. I can drop the WW, but what do you think I should add there, the WW was a really good get the day starter. Could I go more oats?? I like the oats (ever since the tip, thanks again). How many cals should I go up to?? 2500, more? Will be attempting something a little different in about 2weeks, maybe a lil less. Any tips? throw em my way. Since I have money, I will definently want more salmon, I really like this stuff and I was getting 41g pro out of a fillet, plus they cook on the foreman in 8 min.

Congrats on the jobby job lol ;)

Hey if the WW works for you that is FINE keep it there. :)

When you say lean out more, I think, ok what would I do .. which doesn't mean it's right :) I'd clear out processing/sugar/bread etc, hence the bread ... do you like sweet potatoes? One of the BEST carb sources :)

There is NOTHING wrogn with fruits & veggies, they are HEALTHY for you .. if you are BB'r or compete, then I'm sure some would get tossed ... Teriyaki Sauce I'd pitch

I would also add fat to last meal of the day ... I have to hit the gym so I'll have another looksy in a bit ...

To "lean out" I'd look to DIET first then training ... sorry I cannot remember what you do for training ... :)

To maintain you def need more than 2100. Pictures are hard to tell your weight and height, however, the muscle mass you have on your upper body is enough to hint that you need much more than that. 2100 may be a cutting calorie count for you at best
