6.5 weeks out from first show, critique pics

right now doing around 4 25 minute sessions on the stationary bike per week, on top of regular workouts, plus a few extra ab workouts. I'll add more in as I get closer

Hey guys, new to the board but I've got some experience with gear and doing shows. You look great for six weeks out. Some advice on the posing: Grip your wrist not your hand on the side chest. Don't crunch in either. Expand your rib cage. Put your hands farther behind your head on the ab shot. Get a different style of trunks and make sure you get the sticky stuff to keep them high on your hips. If its low your back will look too long. On the back shot working on spreading your scapula out a little more. It'll make you look wider. For the side tricep stand up taller expand the chest a bit and push the back knee against the hamstring of your front thigh. For the rear lat spread turn the right thigh out a little more to show the sweep and raise the heel up a bit more for the calf. Also make sure not to lean to far forward on this pose. You should be practicing your posing at least a half hour a day prior to your show. You'd be amazed at how much separation can come out with a lot of work on posing. Good luck.

you're looking dense and solid, diet and cardio!! bro if you get those wheels sliced up watch out!!!! good luck man...

Thanks guys

Needsize, looking great. Keep focused and get as shredded as possible. A lot of guys your size are afraid of losing size and don't come in lean enough. If you nail your conditioning you should do very well. - cbeaks
