Overall good workout the 215 bench was an effor to say the least, last rep on the last set was hard, looks like 220 next week and then doubles the following. Prolly stay the same weights for the rest of the exercises.

i just realized i was supposed to do 1x10, 1x8, 2x6 for incline bench, o well, just have to up the weight next week by about 10 pounds...
