looks intense bro. you can probably rep out 85's for few reps on incline too.

6/30/03 .. and the puking begins .. and a PR

Supersetted Back/chest today for the second week straight and got that puking feeling again. How come i just started getting it? Does it mean i just haven't been giving enough effort before?? While doing back/chest, i seem to be pushing more weight when i do them together as well. Am i the only one who finds this funky?

Shut up and do it. Once you get the first rep up, nothing should stop you from pumping out more. 75 x 12 is atleast 80 x 7 and 85 x 4 in my book. DO IT!

And you may want to lower the volume or intensity a little. I don't think its good when you start feeling chunks in your mouth every workout

Maybe the puking feeling is from the humidity and dehydration during training.
If you notice your thirsty, your probably already dehydrated.

Congrats on the PR!
