Im new here, so please dont jump on me, Im 24 years old and I am 6'2 275 lbs, my body fat is around 18-20%. I just wanted to know what is 5X5 and I need some tips on toning down. Ive been working out for about 7 months now, Ive notice some more definition in my body but my weight really has stayed the same. I guess my question is, what am I doing wrong for results like this?
 
Well, are you trying to lose fat? Then eat less and/or move more. It's very simple, and I'm not trying to be sarcastic here. How many calories are you consuming each day on average? If you don't know, that's not a big deal but it helps. Here's a very simple way to find out w/out jacking w/ numbers: get on a scale right now . . . and do it again, same time, next week. If you haven't lost any weight, you need to cut back somewhere. Simple.
