Im new here, so please dont jump on me, Im 24 years old and I am 6'2 275 lbs, my body fat is around 18-20%. I just wanted to know what is 5X5 and I need some tips on toning down. Ive been working out for about 7 months now, Ive notice some more definition in my body but my weight really has stayed the same. I guess my question is, what am I doing wrong for results like this?
