I know this has probably been posted over and over again seeing as how many posts make reference to it...but I'd like to get some more info on the 5x5 routine. Are we just talking about 5 sets of 5 reps for each muscle group? Or is it a little more complex than that? Again my apologies if this is getting redundant but I only joined the boards this month. If someone could explain or re-post the thread I'd appreciate it.
