I am thinking of changing my workout while on my next cycle to the 5x5 program. Any good articles on the 5x5? Experiences?
Here is my present routine:
Mon: chest and abs
Tues: bi's and tri's
Thurs: shoulder and back
Fri: legs
Example chest routine
Chest: flat bench
10 x 135
8 x 185
8 x 225
8 x 265
incline dumbells:
10 x 60's
8 x 70's
8 x 80's
8 x 90's
Cable flys
10 x 70
10 x70
10 x 70
10 x70
Dips
4 sets all until failure
