So since there is so many 5x5 program could you tell me which you like the best and which in youre mind is the best? (Please post the program)
 
It depends on your goals. I've used a couple of different ones at different times according to my goals. There is no best. What are your goals?
 
hmm if i had to choose, 60% strenght and 40% muscles? If thats the answer youre looking for.. but i really want both:D

Go for more volume, like 5 straight sets instead of ramped sets.

I think that is true, I have been doing the ramped up sets for two months and have seen some growth, but the few times I I experiment with like 2sets of light warmup, and then the last 3sets of the same heavy weight gives me a better workout ??
