im doing the 5x5. for shoulders, with my 5x5 exercise should i do dumbell presses, behind the neck with bb, or in front of neck bb. remember, im trying to get them bigger. mostly my outide shoulders to make my shoulders look wider. thanks.
DB presses may be an issue as a 5x5 excercise since you can only go up by 10 lbs total. however, if you have dumbells that go up by 2.5 lbs as opposed to 5 lbs then go for it. behind the neck is known to have a high risk of getting you injured, so front of neck seems like a good choice.
if you feel a need to focus on your lateral (side) delts, just make sure you throw in some upright rows and/or lateral raises as your accesory excercises.
see...that's what I don't like....the 3 day split........too much in one day...rather put an intense hour into one large bodypart and one small........but, to each his own........guess I'm fortunate to make the time............
