On the Heavy day of this workout it says to do 'Weighted Situps'. How many reps per set?

Also, on the Light day it says to do 'Situps (no weight)'. How many reps per set?

Stuff like this really doesn't matter too much. I didn't even notice it until I retyped the grid for my site. Randomly thinking, I'd venture somewhere in the 8-15 rep range for weighted and whatever for non-weighted, 25 sounds like a nice number. Probably as good as any other. Alternatively, you can just drop all that and do whatever core work you want - just make yourself solid there.
 
Like madcow said, the beach work(abs, biceps, triceps) isnt set in stone. Just make sure those areas arent lagging(especially abs/core which is crucial for stabilzing youir self in the compound lifts). Again, you dont have to do X number of rep/sets for these exercises. Just dont so many that it intefers with your recovery and progression of the main(compound) lifts.
