5x5 Routine.. Advice?

I read the 5x5 thread, read some routines and this is what I came up with... ne1 see ne problems or ne thing i should switch or add.. *Note: I like doing legs on fridays cuz i have a job in a factory where i work all day standing up and moving and stuff and i dont like having sore legs the next day ya know..

Day 1
BB Flat Bench 5x5
Lying Flys 2 x 8-10
Incline DB Press 2 x 8-10

Day 2
Military Press 5x5
DB Shrugs 2 x 8-10
DB Lateral Raises 2 x 8-10

Deads 5x5
Pullups 2 x 8-10
Seated Rows 2 - 8-10

Day 3
Off

Day 4
BB Curl 5x5
Hammer Curls 2 x 8-10
Preacher Curl 2 x 8-10

Close Grip Bench 5x5
Bar Pushdowns 2 x 8-10
Weights Dips 2 x 8-10

Day 5
Squats 5x5
Leg Press 2 x 8-10
Leg PressLeg Ext 2 x 8-10

other than some variation in which muscles you work each day, your routine looks almost exactly like mine.

in a month or so, post up your progress. i'd like to see how this method is working for you.

Agreed. I think you can take a few more liberties with the 5x5 on leg day. Might throw in some calf work as well.
 
i switched the laterals and shrugs

and i threw in ham curls too, SLDLs r like really hard for me to do so ive kinda swayed away foimr them
