5x5 questions (needsize's version)

I did a search but couldn't come up with an answer to my question.

For those of you doing the needsize version of the 5x5 program, I'm assuming you keep the same compound movement week after week (until you plateau at it). But as for the other 2 8-10 rep movements, do you mix those up every week?

I tend to stick with the same ones for the 8-10 reps as long as I can keep increasing either weight or reps, if I plateau on them, I'll switch the order of those ones or try different ones for a while. I do always keep the same for the 5x5 and if i plateau, I'll hit 5x3 instead which allows me to keep adding weight for a while
 
I am trying out something similar to needsize's program and so far like it a lot. I do 5x5 with some sort of compound movement, then 2x8-10 with two other movements. Sometimes I will throw in one set of something high reps if I feel I need more of a pump. I take it slow on the 5x5 then speed up as I get into my isolation movements. I will be playing around with this and prob post some sort of routine on here soon.
