5x5 question

Hi, everyone. First of all, bear with me as I'm typing on a blackberry. I have lurked on this board for about 4 years. Finally thought I should post. I've been training fairly consistntly since I was 21(27 now), but for the last 4 months, I have been hitting madcows 5x5 really hard, and eating 4500 cals/day. I'm 6' tall, naturally very skinny, was 178 when I started 4 months ago, am now 187 or so mostly lean, maybe a bit of fat. Major strenth gains as well. Couldn't be happier. Anyway, the reason I'm posting is that I have been sick for a couple days, I skipped my monday workout to recover, but today I'm back to full strength. My question is what I should do today and friday for exercises? Should I just stay with the normal workout schedule, or incorparate some of the monday lifts into todays workout? Any suggestions?

I would repeat last Wednesday and Fridays workout and go up accordingly next week.
