5x5 Question

when doin the 5x5 if you get stuck do you drop back a couple weeks??? or do i repeat the same week ... i think was due to just a shit workout but i think i'll struggle addin weight this week cos struggled with the 1x5 of the new weight from last week

You redo the week that you were not able to complete, once you are able to do it then you move on. I am doing a 5x5 right now for the first time and loving it!
 
i think you go back and do that week and if ur consistently failing it and you feel that your diet/rest/energy is correct your drop it back a few weeks
