5x5 question

I dont see where adding a couple of arms excersices on the 5x5 is going to hurt. I just dont think I am geting enough work on my arms on the 5x5. how can it hurt to add just 2 more excercises??? Is it fear you will overtrain?? I dont think 2 more arm excercises are going to push me over the edge to where i am overtraining. what do you think?

Dude you can add all the arm fluff you want either after your friday workout or even if u're dying to do a arm day do it on Saturday.

It's just not necessary is the point that's been attempted to be made.

Aren't you on the juice right now according to your steroids board posts? You can probably tolerate a greater volume than the 5x5 provides anyway if that is the case (but don't take my word for it I only know what I've read on the net about aas).

There's a really tremendous sticky in the training vault of this particular forum about squatting for bigger arms you need to read before you do anything else, imo.
