I dont see where adding a couple of arms excersices on the 5x5 is going to hurt. I just dont think I am geting enough work on my arms on the 5x5. how can it hurt to add just 2 more excercises??? Is it fear you will overtrain?? I dont think 2 more arm excercises are going to push me over the edge to where i am overtraining. what do you think?
