5x5 Lifts have been going up stadily over the passed 3 months. Currently 4 weeks into my cycle and still getting stronger for 5x5 lifts, but I've been getting weaker it seems on the sets of 8-10reps. Why is this? This passed weak was like that all the way through (well, except legs). I've tweaked the arm part to only 3x5, and always did just 2 sets of 8-10 since beginning 5x5. I know I respond better to lower volume workouts. I was thinking of doing the 5x5 sets and then 2-3 sets only of 8-10 and see what happens. I don't know why I'm having this problem especially since I'm cycling. Ahh....the mysterious human body.
