I am on my 3rd week doing madcow 5x5. I gained about 5lbs. so far(little fat lose also), and set prs in week 3. I wasn't doing much legs before this, and squats have been fun and legs are growing, but feeling it big time

I am supposed to start my 4th week workout today. Only problem is that I am starting to get that overtraining feeling again. I am feeling achy, sore an tired. Kinda having problems sleeping and appetite today is starting to slow. I know the point of the 5x5 is to just hit the point of overtraining, but not sure if this week will put me too far into it. Should I take a couple days off, or suck it up and wait for the deload?? I want to load up good, so not sure if it would be better or worse to take a couple extra days off or just go for it.
Weird side note is that I started taking creatine a few days ago. My overtraining symptoms seem to start a day or so after I started using it. I recall last time I felt overtrained was just after starting creatine as well. Any relation you think??
