5x5 overtraining

I am on my 3rd week doing madcow 5x5. I gained about 5lbs. so far(little fat lose also), and set prs in week 3. I wasn't doing much legs before this, and squats have been fun and legs are growing, but feeling it big time :).

I am supposed to start my 4th week workout today. Only problem is that I am starting to get that overtraining feeling again. I am feeling achy, sore an tired. Kinda having problems sleeping and appetite today is starting to slow. I know the point of the 5x5 is to just hit the point of overtraining, but not sure if this week will put me too far into it. Should I take a couple days off, or suck it up and wait for the deload?? I want to load up good, so not sure if it would be better or worse to take a couple extra days off or just go for it.

Weird side note is that I started taking creatine a few days ago. My overtraining symptoms seem to start a day or so after I started using it. I recall last time I felt overtrained was just after starting creatine as well. Any relation you think??
 
Keep in mind creatine dehydrates you as you probably already know. The overtraining symptoms could be hightened by lack of water.

So drink alot of water and get some sleep.
 
Thanks for the advice!! I decided to go for it and had a great workout. I feel better now then before I lifted. I think your right about the creatine. I think I drink a lot of water, but looking at what I should be drinking, its low.
