5x5 on squats today

yeah, that jsut means you need more lower back work and evaluate your form. I use to get major back work from squating then I started to do cleans and deadlift, pain went away and put on some serious weight then
 
Cool... i officially started my 5x5 this week. Squats today as well :D

For me though it's actually nice to know i don't have to do them again on sunday (been doing 3x3 so that ment 5x5 squats AND deads 3 times a week!!)
 
After a heavy squat workout, my lowerback is usually shot, I have to sit down for a few minutes. So you are not alone bro.
 
Yep, 5x5 Squats fry my back, and with Deadlifts in the same week it can be a lot of work on the lower back. I have reduced Deadlifts to 3x5 because I felt a slight overtraining, but its difficult to know whether to strengthen or rest my lower back to help out the situation.
